Breakfast was great.

They could add more options for continental stuff such as fresh baked pastries , lots of indian dishes which we are not used to eating in the morning.

Staff is very courteous particularly Mr Manan at front office

Breakfast was very good and a small cake cutting at the end of breakfast with "Welcome Back" written on plate

The room size, lobby, and reception area were average.At the time of check-out, I was unable to receive a printed invoice due to a system error, which is understandable. However, I was assured that the invoice would be emailed by the evening. Unfortunately, I did not receive it even after two days

Our extended family of 12 were in VADODARA for a wedding ceremony. Staff, service was amazing.

Slow in service, otherwise good stay

Staff were polite and well mannered Showered in room were powerful and hot water enough at anytime use.not enough toilet rolls in room and need better quality loo paper.

Not enough seating space in near reception Sometimes ordering food service was very slow. Not enough space in bathroom for toiletries by mirror.

It’s in the middle of city. All the big stores and well known restaurants are close by.

As such nothing.

Ideal location, beautiful food and staff were really helpful and supportive. Highly recommended place to stay if planning on visiting Vadodara ?

Workers are very polite. Rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Loandry brings back the clothes very good .

Room and amenties is good.

Morning breakfast has limited varities and sambhar taste is like soup and idli are hard, red chutney is not south indian type. Medu vada always not available. During my stay when i am taking shower in morning 10 am on today 17 july somebody continously rings door bell and then he starts knocking Thats so much annoying. May be he was from housekeeping but i did not asked any room cleaning. Even after when i did not come to open door then he himself try to open the door and trying to coming inside. I did not expect this from this hotel. I had to complain this on reception but due to my hurry schedule i checked out and leave to airport.

The attitude of the hotel staff was great. They promptly followed up on every request. The food served in the hotel restaurant was great and varied.The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is good. Deserts in night buffet are exceptional. Very delicious. Generally i am not giving reviews but dinner buffet menu is excellent. Specially anjeer halwa,coconut halwa was awesome, i never had such a tasty dish in any hotel as of now. Deserts chef is definately very well experienced guy.

An excellent hotel which gives value for money. The staff are extremely polite and helpful and anticipated all the requirements of a weary traveller. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Food was very tasty and served with a smile. Their aam panna was the best I ever had. Overall a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Food… Very Bad Experience. Can’t Say More, Just Bad. Staff At Restaurant Needs More Training (Every time, new staff & new Chef). Should Give Proper Training

The place was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great!

The service time. We’d asked for bathroom slippers, which took them a lot of time. I’d asked for a smoking room, but the exhausts were so slow that the smoke wouldn’t go only. The room size shown in the pictures are not as big as shown, especially the bathroom.

-Staff were extremely friendly and courteous especially Tina, Drishti and Sarika.- Breakfast was good however service can be slow.- location was good, we did require rickshaw most of the time as I traveled with elderly family members.-

- we had an incident whereby someone kept banging our family members room door middle of the night. It seemed though there was a drunken guy staying in the next room.We didn’t expect such an incident in a Marriott hotel.- This was scary for my family members and we requested room change and connecting rooms. Reception staff organised change of rooms for us and it was a smooth process.- we reported the incident at night and were told the security guard will check it however we didn’t get a response from him.
